Terms of service

These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern your access to blanketdream.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of digital products offered through the Site.

The Site and the Blanket Dream brand are operated by YN NETCOM LIMITED, with an address at No. 1 Glenealy, Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, Central, Hong Kong (“Blanket Dream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or complete a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you permit a minor to use a product, you remain responsible for supervising that use and for compliance with these Terms.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

2. Our products

Blanket Dream sells digital books, guides, cookbooks, worksheets, printable materials, bonus files, and related downloadable content. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:

• The product is digital, not physical;
• Nothing will be shipped by post;
• The purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription;
• Access is delivered electronically after payment; and
• Use of the product is subject to our Digital Product License.

The product page forms part of these Terms. If a product page contains a product-specific term that conflicts with a general term here, the product-specific term applies only to that product and only to the extent of the conflict.

3. Product information

We aim to describe each product accurately, including its format, principal contents, included bonuses, compatibility, and intended use. Images, mockups, screen displays, device frames, colors, and printed examples may be illustrative. A digital product does not include a device, printer, kitchen appliance, physical book, or other item shown for context unless expressly stated.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. If a correction materially changes an order that has already been placed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include cancellation and a refund.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on the information provided and applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may impose currency-conversion, foreign-transaction, installment, or other charges that we do not control.

Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment method selected at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or another displayed provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount displayed and accepted at checkout. All products are one-time purchases unless a future offer clearly and conspicuously states that it is recurring and separately obtains the legally required consent.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation or make the product available for download.

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, email address, billing information, and other checkout details. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, sanctions compliance, a technical or pricing error, or unlawful conduct. If we cancel a paid order before providing the product, we will issue a refund.

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

6. Digital delivery

After checkout, we send the order receipt and secure download access to the email address used for the order. Delivery normally occurs within minutes. If the download email has not arrived, check spam, junk, and promotions folders and verify the email address used at checkout.

If access is still unavailable, contact help@blanketdream.com with your order number. During support hours, we aim to resend a valid link within one business hour after locating the order.

Download links are intended to remain available for convenient re-downloads, but they are not a substitute for personal backup storage. After receiving the product, you should save a copy on a secure device or backup service. We may replace a delivery system or download URL without changing your underlying license.

You must not share a secure download link with another person or use automated tools to access, copy, or distribute files.

Our delivery systems may log a successful download, together with related information such as the order and file identifiers, date and time, download status, IP address, and browser or device information. We use these records to deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud, determine refund eligibility, and respond to payment disputes, as further explained in our Digital Delivery and Download Policy and Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase only if our delivery records show that the Digital Product has not been successfully downloaded. Once a successful customer download is recorded, the sale is final for change-of-mind purposes.

This restriction does not exclude remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery, the wrong product, a materially defective or corrupted file, a product materially different from its description, or any right required by applicable law. The complete Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Digital Product License

Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property. Unless a separate license is expressly provided, your purchase is for personal, private, non-commercial use.

Our Digital Product License is incorporated into these Terms. Among other restrictions, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, systematically copy, sublicense, or use a product in a course, client service, team, classroom, artificial-intelligence training dataset, or commercial offering without prior written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content—including product text, books, guides, illustrations, graphics, page designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to YN NETCOM LIMITED and its contributors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No provision of these Terms restricts lawful fair use, criticism, review, or any other right that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual-property rights, email help@blanketdream.com with your contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact URL or product involved, an explanation of the claim, and any supporting information.

10. Educational and informational purposes

Our products provide general educational and informational content. They are not individualized professional advice and do not create a professional-client, medical, nutritional, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other fiduciary relationship.

Results depend on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular health, financial, emotional, educational, household, or other outcome. You are responsible for deciding whether information is suitable for you and, when appropriate, consulting a qualified professional.

11. Recipe, food, and appliance safety

Cookbooks and food-related guides provide general information. Ingredients, brands, appliance power, altitude, portion size, equipment, and cooking conditions vary. Cooking times and temperatures may require adjustment.

You are responsible for:

• Following the safety instructions supplied by your appliance manufacturer;
• Checking food for safe doneness using appropriate methods;
• Identifying allergens, intolerances, dietary restrictions, choking risks, and ingredient interactions;
• Exercising additional care when serving children, pregnant people, older adults, immunocompromised people, or anyone with a relevant medical condition; and
• Obtaining professional medical or nutritional advice when appropriate.

Never rely solely on appearance or a stated cooking time to determine food safety. Do not use a recipe or ingredient if you are uncertain that it is safe for you or the intended consumer.

12. Reviews, feedback, and other submissions

You may submit genuine reviews, questions, suggestions, or other feedback. You must not submit content that is knowingly false, unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, defamatory, malicious, deceptive, or that contains another person’s private information.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting Blanket Dream, subject to applicable law. We may identify a review using the name or initials you provided, but we will not knowingly publish sensitive payment information.

We may moderate submissions for legitimate reasons such as spam, profanity, irrelevance, fraud, unlawful content, or personal information. We will not prohibit, penalize, or threaten a customer merely for giving an honest negative review. We will not condition an incentive on a review expressing a positive sentiment.

13. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Site for fraud, infringement, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized commercial activity;
• Interfere with the Site’s security, operation, or other users;
• Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract Site content through automated means except as permitted by law or our written instructions;
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or payment authorization;
• Circumvent purchase, download, security, or access controls; or
• Use the Site to violate another person’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, rights holders, or payment systems.

14. Third-party services and links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, email providers, analytics services, or social-media platforms. We do not control independent third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or separate practices. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

15. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not remove a customer’s right to receive a purchased product, a suitable replacement, a refund under our policy, or another remedy required by law.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase unless required by law or accepted by the customer.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Digital Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed. We do not warrant that every product will meet every personal preference, work with every device or printer, or produce a specific result.

This section does not exclude any express promise we make, our refund policy, or any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YN NETCOM LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site or a Digital Product when such damages were not reasonably foreseeable.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.

18. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, infringement, security abuse, or unlawful conduct.

Terms that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property provisions, license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—survive termination. Termination does not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law that applies where the consumer lives.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Blanket Dream agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a statutory complaint, payment-dispute, or consumer-protection process.

Any unresolved proceeding may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a consumer’s right to participate in a lawful class or collective action.

20. General provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the relevant product page, the Refund Policy, the Digital Product License, and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning a purchase. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and Blanket Dream.
