The correct fit should feel close and supportive without causing pain, numbness, skin discoloration, or deep marks at the cuffs.

Do not automatically order your usual clothing size and do not size down to create additional pressure.

How to measure

1. Measure the upper-thigh circumference at the position specified by REECOV.
2. Measure around the center of the knee.
3. Measure the widest part of the calf.
4. Compare every measurement with the verified chart.

Fit checklist

• Center the patterned knee zone over the kneecap.
• Smooth wrinkles across the leg.
• Confirm that pressure feels even.
• Walk, bend the knees, and sit before beginning a hike.
